Early Years Foundation Stage – Understanding of the World
The educational programme for Understanding of the World, set out in the EYFS Framework, is delivered in our reception classes in line with the Extend Reception Curriculum.
Key Stage 1 and 2 – Science
We follow the national curriculum.
In key stage 1, we teach science in line with our multi-academy trust’s ‘Extend Early Curriculum’.
We follow the HEP Science scheme of work in key stage 2. This year all classes in key stage 2 are being taught the same units. This is as per the four year roll out of the HEP Science programme.
